Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Air Navigation (Checked Baggage) Repeal Regulations 2008.

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Repeal

The Air Navigation (Checked Baggage) Regulations 2000 are repealed.
