‘ weight ’ , in relation to an aircraft, means the weight set out in the certificate of airworthiness of, or the flight manual for, the aircraft as the maximum take-off weight.”.

SCHEDULE Regulation 4
MINOR AMENDMENTS
1. The Principal Regulations are amended by omitting from each of the following provisions “kilogrammes” and substituting “kilograms weight”:
Subregulation 12 (2), table at the foot of subregulation 12 (2), paragraph 12 (6) (d) (first occurring).
2. The Principal Regulations are amended by omitting from paragraph 12 (6) (d) “kilogrammes” (second occurring) and substituting “kilograms”.
3. The Principal Regulations are amended by omitting from subregulation 12a(1) “weighing more than 45,000 kilogrammes” and substituting “of more than 45,000 kilograms weight”.
