(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation (Charges) Act 1952.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1988.

Schedule 5

2. Schedule 5 to the Air Navigation (Charges) Regulations is amended by omitting “Essendon”, “Coolangatta” and “Launceston”.
