Queensland Air Navigation Amendment Act 1991 Act No. 48 of 1991 An Act to amend the Air Navigation Act 1937 [Assented to 10 September 1991]

2 Air Navigation Amendment No. 48, 1991 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Air Navigation Amendment Act 1991 . Amended Act 2. The Air Navigation Act 1937 is amended as set out in this Act. Amendment of long title 3. Long title— omit ‘ Commonwealth Air Navigation Regulations ’, insert ‘ Air Navigation Regulations and Civil Aviation Regulations of the Commonwealth ’. Replacement of s.4 (Definitions) 4. Section 4— omit , insert — ‘Definitions ‘4. In this Act— “Commonwealth Act” means— (a) the Air Navigation Act 192O of the Commonwealth; or (b) the Civil Aviation Act 1988 of the Commonwealth; “Regulations” means regulations made under a Commonwealth Act. ’.
