Air Navigation (Aircraft Noise) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 17 November 1988.

Interpretation

2. Regulation 2 of the Air Navigation (Aircraft Noise) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (c) of the definition of “aircraft” “or 8” and substituting “, 8 or 10”;

(b) by omitting from the definition of “the Annex” “21 November 1985” and substituting “17 November 1988”.
