Air Navigation (Aircraft Noise) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 21 November 1985.

Interpretation

2. Regulation 2 of the Air Navigation (Aircraft Noise) Regulations is amended by omitting “as in force at the commencement of these Regulations” from the definition of “the Annex” and substituting “as amended and in force on 21 November 1985.”.
