AN ACT to insert a certain saving Provision in the Air

Navigation Act, 1937.

[Assented to 9th January, 1946.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Air Navigation Act

Amendment Act, 1945, and shall be read as one with the

Air Navigation Act, 1937 (No. 6 of 1937), hereinafter re- ferred to as the principal Act.

New section. 2. A section is added to the principal Act after section

seven as follows :—

This Act not

to affect	8. The provisions of this Act shall not affect in
sections 45,

46 and 47 of	any way, and shall be deemed not to have affected in
the State
Transport Co•	any way the operation of sections forty-five, forty-

Citation of	3.	The principal Act as amended by this Act may be
