REGULATIONS
UNDER THE AIR FORCE ACT 1923-1965.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Force Act 1923-1965.

Amendments
of the Air Force Regulations
Gratuities
officers formerly airmen.
1.
Regulation
639 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by inserting after the words “
Defence Forces Retirements Benefits Act 1948-1959 ” the words “ or is not a
contributing member for the purposes of the Defence
Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act 1973 ”.
Gratuities
payable to airmen.
2.
Regulation
642 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by inserting after the words “ Defence Forces Retirement Benefits Act 1948-1958
” in sub-regulation (1), the words “ or that Act as subsequently amended or who
is not a contributing member for the purposes of the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act 1973 ”.
