Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Allowances payable in respect of an authorized journey

1. Regulation 579 of the Air Force Regulations is amended

(a) by omitting the table in paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following table:

Application

2. The Air Force Regulations as amended by this Interim Determination apply in relation to an  authorized journey within the meaning of Division 7 of Part XI of those Regulations, or part of such an authorized journey made on or after 1 May 1981.
