Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State forDefence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Language bounty

1.Regulation 556g of the Air Force Regulations is repealed.

Education Allowance

2. Regulation 634 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2e) “locality” (first occurring).

Application

3. Clause 1 of this Interim Determination shall take effect on the date on which Determination 0704, Language Proficiency Allowance, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
