Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Allowances

1. Regulation 645a of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (3).

Allowances and other benefits

2. Regulation 647 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (3).

Application

3. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0197, Locum Tenens Allowance, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
