Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act1979.

Repeal

1. Regulation 645e of the Air Force Regulations is repealed.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0798, Gratuity for Members of the Emergency Reserve, is made under section 58b of theDefence Act 1903.
