Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Definitions

1. Regulation 577 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by inserting “otherwise than in his own motor vehicle or in a motor vehicle that has been lent to or hired by him” after “he travels” in paragraph (c) of the definition of “authorized journey”.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0405, Allowance Payable for Travel on Termination of Service, is made under section 588 of the Defence Act 1903.
