I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Rates of Pay

1. Regulation 646 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (4) “the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations” and substituting “Determination 0199, Pay of Reserve Force Members, made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903,”.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0199, Pay of Reserve Force Members, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
