Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulations 542a and 542b of the Air Force Regulations are repealed.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0713, Special Gratuities and Annuities for Honours and Awards, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
