I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulation 646 of the Air Force Regulations is repealed.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on 31 December 1984.
