I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL
of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal
Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

“(1) The ranks of officers in order of seniority, commencing with the most senior rank, shall be as follows:

“(1) The age for the compulsory retirement of an officer, other than an officer who is a chaplain of the Air Force, holding a substantive rank specified in Column 2 in the table in this sub-regulation in an item in that table is the age specified in Column 3 or 4, as the case may be, in that item:
