Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Force Act 1923.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1985.

Repeal of regulation 433

2. Regulation 433 of the Air Force Regulations is repealed.

Repeal of regulations 438, 439 and 439a

3. Regulations 438, 439 and 439a of the Air Force Regulations are repealed.

Schedule 1

4. Schedule 1 to the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting Form 39.
