Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Air Force Act 1923.

Retiring ages for officers

Regulation 88 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “officers for a period not exceeding 2 years” and substituting—

“officers—

(a) in the case of an officer in the Permanent Air Force—for a period not exceeding 2 years; or

(b) in any other case—to an age not exceeding the age of 60 years.”.
