Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Air Force Act 1923.

Re-engagement of airmen—period expiring on retirement

Regulation 106a of the Air Force Regulations is amended by inserting after subregulation (1) the following subregulation:

“(1a) For the purposes of calculating the period of 12 years service referred to in paragraph (1) (c), the period of service during which an offer is made to the airman may be aggregated with one or more other periods of continuous fulltime service by the airman in the Navy, the Army or the Air Force.”.
