Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Force Act 1923.

Resignation of officers

1. Regulation 73 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting from subparagraph (2) (c) (i) “special” (first occurring).

Discharge of airman re-engaged under regulation 106a

2. Regulation 111 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting from subparagraph (4) (c) (i) “special” (first occurring).
