Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Air Force Act 1923.

Resignation of officers

Regulation 73 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph 73 (2) (b) the following paragraph:

“(ba) in the case of an officer who holds the rank of Group Captain or a higher rank—the officer has not completed a period of 12 months’ service in the rank that the officer holds as a substantive rank, being a period commencing on the day on which the officer was promoted to that rank;”.
