1948. No. 34.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE AIR FORCE ACT 1923-1941.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Force Act 1923-1941.

amendments of the air force regulations. 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation as on and from the first day of February, 1948.

Members of Air Board.

2. Regulation 25 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words “ The Business Member.”.

Distribution of Duties.

3. Regulation 30 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (2a.).

Appointment of aides-de-camp.

4. Regulation 71 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the word “ three ” and inserting in its stead the word “ ten ”.
