REGULATIONS UNDER THE AIR FORCE ACT 1923-1956.*

I, THE Deputy of the ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Force Act 1923-1956.

Amendment of the Air Force Regulations. 

Allowances and other benefits.

1. Regulation 647 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—

“(4.) A member of the Reserve who is employed as an instructor in the Air Training Corps and who attends training parades of that Corps in respect of which he is not otherwise entitled to pay may be paid an allowance at the rate specified in relation to his appointment in the following table, or, if he does not hold such an appointment, at the appropriate rate so specified in relation to his rank:—

Application of amendment.

2. The rates prescribed by regulation 647 of the Air Force Regulations, as amended by the last preceding regulation, apply in relation to attendances made and duties performed in the year that ends on the thirtieth day of June, 1961, and subsequent years.
