STATUTORY RULES 1961, No. 131.(h)

Pay of airmen apprentices.

1.—(1.) Regulation 551 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—

“(1.) The weekly rate of active pay of an airman apprentice of the Permanent Air Force is the rate specified in relation to his period of training and, where specified, his age in the table in this sub-regulation.

(h) Made under the Air Force Act 1923–1956 on 20th October, 1961; notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on 27th October, 1961.

(2.) Regulation 551 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting the table in sub-regulation (2.) and inserting in its stead the following table:—

(3.) This regulation shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-fourth day of August, 1961.

2.—(1.) Regulation 614 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by District omitting the table in sub-regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the allowance following table:—
