Air Force Courts Of Inquiry Regulations (Repeal)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Force Act 1923.

Commencement

 1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 3 July 1985.

Repeal of Air Force Courts of Inquiry Regulations

 2. Statutory Rules 1939 No. 40, 1940 No. 165, and 1976 No. 32 are repealed.
