I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (2) of the AIDC Sale Act 1997, fix 22 April 2011 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
