Agvet Code of Tasmania

The Code, as in force from time to time, set out in the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 of the Commonwealth is applied (with modifications) as a law of Tasmania by the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Tasmania) Act 1994 and, as so applying, may be referred to as the Agvet Code of Tasmania
