Notes: Under the Qf.'shnre Minerals (Rr'gi.stration Fees) Act 2003 section 2, the provisions of that Act, other than sections l and 2, cone into operation on the day on which the provisions of the Offshore Minerals Act 2003, other than sections l and 2, romr into operation.

Under the Ofchorr A inrra/s Regulatians 2010 regulation 2(h) , the provisions of those regulations, other than rrgi.11ations l and 2, chine into operation on the day on which the provisions of the Qffshorr MMliraera/s Act 2003, other than sections l and 2, come into operation.

Under the O/1r'shore Min-rals (Registration Fpe5) Rig u/ations 2010 regulation 2(h) , the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations l and 2, come into operation on the day on which the provisions of the Offshore iV1in rals Art 200.3, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Under the Offchorr Pvtirwra/.s (Transitiomil Pmvi.siori.^) Qrdrr 2010 clause
2(h), the provisions of that order, other than clauses l and 2. come into
operation on the day on which the provisions of the Offshore MMlinera/s Act

2003, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the 4griculirrre Protection Board (Repeal)

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Biosec urity and Agriculture Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 200? section 34 comes

into operation.

3.              Regulations repealed

The Agriculture Protection Board Regulations 2001 are repealed.

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day alter that day.
