Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

2038 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 27 May 2008

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Agriculture
Protection Board Regulations 2001.

4.           Regulation 2 amended

(1)	Regulation 2(1) is amended by deleting -$31 000-	and inserting
instead — " $13400 ".

(2)	Regulation 2(2) is amended by deleting "$12 400" and inserting instead —
" $6 700 ".
