Agriculture Protection Board Amendment

Regulations 2005

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Agriculture Protection Board
Amendment Regulations 2005.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Agriculture
Protection Board Regulations 2001*.

3.             Regulation 2 amended

Regulation 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	in subregulation (1) by deleting "$21 950.00-	and
inserting instead — " $31 000.00 ";

(b)

in subregulation (2) by deleting "$8 750.00" and " $12 400.00 ".
