I, PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR, AC, CVO, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Act 1986, the Forestry and Timber Bureau Act 1930 and the Wool International Act 1993.

  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Redundant Regulations (Repeal) 2011.

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Board of Higher Forestry Education Regulations —repeal

The following Statutory Rules made under the Forestry and Timber Bureau Act 1930 are repealed:

·1945, No. 27

·1947, No. 111.

  1. Dairy Adjustment Authority Regulations 2000 — repeal

The following Statutory Rule made under the Dairy Produce Act 1986 is repealed:

·2000, No. 68.

  1. Wool International Regulations 1993 — repeal

The following Statutory Rules made under the Wool International Act 1993 are repealed:

·1993, No. 336

·1994, No. 43

·1994, No. 89

·1996, No. 143

·1997, No. 78

·1997, No. 356

·1999, No. 129.
