Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Redundant Regulations (Repeal) 1999

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Apple and Pear Export Charge Act 1976, the Apple and Pear Levy Act 1976, the Australian Horticultural Corporation Act 1987 and the Horticultural Policy Council Act 1987.

 Statutory Rules 1988 No. 6 (being regulations made under the Horticultural Policy Council Act 1987) is repealed.
