QUARANTINE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Execu- tive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Agriculture and Related Resources

Protection (Property Quarantine) Amendment Regulations 1990.

Regulation 8 amended

2. Regulation 8 of the Agriculture and Related Resources Protection (Property

Quarantine) Regulations 1981* is amended by deleting "$400" and substituting the following—

$1 000 ".
