(Poison) Amendment Regulations 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Agriculture and Related Resources Protection (Poison) Amendment Regulations 2011.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)     if the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011 regulation 3 (regulation 3) comes into operation on or before gazettal day — on the day after gazettal day; or

(ii)     otherwise — when regulation 3 comes into

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Agriculture and Related Resources
Protection (Poison) Regulations 1983.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5 delete "except in accordance with the Pesticides
Regulations made under the Health Act 1911." and insert:

unless the baits are laid by a person who is authorised
to do so under the Health (Pesticides)

Regulations 2011.
