Regulations 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Agriculture and Related Resources
Protection (European House Borer) Amendment
Regulations 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.	Regulations amended These regulations amend the Agriculture and Related Resources
Protection (European House Borer) Regulations 2006.

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)     if the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011 regulation 3 (regulation 3) comes into operation on or before gazettal day — on the day after gazettal day; or

(ii)     otherwise — when regulation 3 comes into operation.

4.            Regulation 14 amended

In regulation 14 delete the definition of pest controller and insert:

pest controller means a licensee as defined in the

Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011 regulation 3;
