Protection (Declared Animals) Amendment

The amendments in these regulations are to the Agriculture and
Related Resources (Declared Animals) Regulations 1985*.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Agriculture and Related
Resources Protection (Declared Animals) Amendment
Regulations 2001.

2.            The regulations amended

3.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(1) is amended by deleting all the words from and including "or, in" to the end of that subsection.

4.             Regulation 13 amended

Regulation 13(3a) is repealed.

5.            Regulation 16 amended

Regulation 16(3a) is repealed.

6.            Schedule 1A repealed

Schedule IA is repealed.

7.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 item 2 is deleted.
