AGRICULTURE AND RELATED RESOURCES (DECLARED PLANTS AND RESTRICTED ANIMALS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Agriculture and Related Resources

(Declared Plants and Restricted Animals) Amendment Regulations 1991.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Agriculture and Related Resources (Declared Plants and Restricted Animals) Regulations 1982* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 5 amended

3.    Regulation 5 (2) (b) (iii) of the principal regulations is amended by

deleting "or goats" and substituting the following —

It ,goats or other restricted animals (if appropriate)

Regulation 6 amended

and

4.     Regulation 6 (2) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "the

length of wool on any part of the body of a sheep or hair on any part of the

body of a goat" and substituting the following —

the length of wool or hair on any part of the body of a sheep, goat

or other restricted animal

Schedule amended

5.     The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended Form No. 1 —

(a) under the heading "REVERSE OF FORM 1: Schedule." by deleting "The sheep or goats" and substituting the following —

The sheep, goats or other restricted animals

(b) under the heading "NOTICE." by deleting "Sheep with wool length or goats with hair length" and substituting the following —

lt Sheep, goats or other restricted animals with wool or

hair length
