Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 Preliminary

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Agriculture and Food Regulations

Amendment (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2020.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the
Amendment Act 2020 section 76 comes into operation. Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement

3.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management

(Infringement Notices) Regulations 2013.

4.            Schedule 2 Form 1 amended

In Schedule 2 Form 1 delete the passage that begins with "your driver's licence" and ends with "seized and sold." and insert:

your driver's licence may be suspended, your vehicle licence may be
suspended or cancelled, you may be disqualified from holding or
obtaining a driver's licence or vehicle licence, your vehicle may be
immobilised or have its number plates removed, your details may be
published on a website, your earnings or bank accounts may be
garnished, and your property may be seized and sold.

5.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Western Australian Meat Industry

Authority Regulations 1985.

6.            Schedule 6B Form 8.1 amended

In Schedule 6B Form 8.1 delete the passage that begins with "your driver's licence" and ends with "seized and sold; and" and insert:
