1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Agriculture and Fisheries Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2   Commencement

(1)This regulation, other than part 9, commences on 1 July 2016.

(2)Part 9 commences on 1 January 2017.

Part 2    Amendment of Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Regulation 1998
