REGULATIONS UNDER THE BOUNTY (AGRICULTURAL TRACTORS) ACT 1966*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Bounty (Agricultural Tractors) Act 1966.

AMENDMENTS OF THE AGRICULTURAL TRACTORS BOUNTY REGULATIONS 

1. Regulation 1 of the Agricultural Tractors Bounty Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Citation

“ 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Bounty (Agricultural Tractors) Regulations.”.

Interpretation

2. Regulation 2 of the Agricultural Tractors Bounty Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of “ the Act ” and substituting the following definition:

“ ‘ the Act ’ means the Bounty (Agricultural Tractors) Act 1966.”.

3. Regulation 2a of the Agricultural Tractors Bounty Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Factor for the purposes of subsection 6 (1a) of the Ac t

“ 2a. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (1a) of the Act, the factor is 1.3596.”.
