Act 2001 No 14—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Agricultural Tenancies Amendment Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 2001 as the day on which that Act (Schedule 1 [13] excepted) commences.
