AGRICULTURAL TENANCIES ACT 1990—REGULATION

(Relating to the remuneration of members of arbitration committees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1990, has been

pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Agricultural Tenancies Regulation 1991 is amended by omitting

from clause 13 (1) the word “appointed” and by inserting instead the
words “nominated (or taken to have been nominated in accordance with

clause 9)”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to change the terminology in clause 13 to bring

it into line with that used elsewhere in the Agricultural Tenancies Regulation 1991.

This Regulation is made under section 29 of the Act.
