AN ACT to amend the Agricultural Products Act

1929.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Agricultural and citation.

Sections

2.    Sections 3A to 3C of the principal Act are

3.    Section 3D of the principal Act is amended

(a)	in subsection (1), by deleting ", on the recommendation of the Apple Sales Com- mittee referred to in section three A of this Act,";
(b)	in subsection (2), by deleting ", on the recommendation of the Citrus Sales Com- mittee referred to in section three B of this Act,"; and
(c)	in subsection (3), by deleting ", on the recommendation of the Stone-fruit Sales Committee referred to in section three BA of this Act,".
