AN ACT to amend the Agricultural Products Act.

1929-1962.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Agricultural

Products Act Amendment Act, 1963.

(2) In this Act the Agricultural Products Act, 1929-1962, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Agricultural Products Act, 1929-1963.

2. Section three of the principal Act is amended Amended.

(a)	by substituting for the passage, "pre- scribed." in the last line of subsection (1), the passage, "prescribed; or"; and
(b)	by adding after paragraph (d) of subsection (1), the following paragraph

(e) consign or remove, or cause or permit to be consigned or removed, from the property on which it is produced, any wool that is intended for sale or has been sold unless prior to the con- signment or removal the wool is first packed in a bale or package that is marked, branded or labelled in such manner as to clearly and legibly indicate the identity of the producer of the wool.

3. Section three C of the principal Act is ended.
