Agricultural Produce (Prescribed Agricultural Industries and Services) Regulations 2001

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Prescribed Agricultural Industries and Services) Regulations 2001.

2.Pork production industry

• (1)

  For the purpose of 3(1) of the Act, the pork production industry is prescribed as an agricultural industry.

• (2)

  For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the services referred to in that section are prescribed as services that a producers’ committee may provide in relation to the pork production industry.

3.Beekeeping industry

• (1)

  For the purpose of section 3(1) of the Act, the beekeeping industry is prescribed as an agricultural industry.

• (2)

  For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the services in subsection (1)(b), (c), (d), (h), (l), (la), and (m) of that section are prescribed as services that a producers’ committee may provide in relation to the beekeeping industry.

4.Egg production industry

• (1)

  For the purpose of section 3(1) of the Act, the egg production industry is prescribed as an agricultural industry.

• (2)

  For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the services referred to in that section are prescribed as services that a producers’ committee may provide in relation to the egg production industry.
