Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce
(Prescribed Agricultural Industries and Services) Amendment
Regulations 2002.

Agricultural Produce (Prescribed

After regulation 3 of the following regulation is inserted —

4.            Egg production industry

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(1)	For the purpose of section 3(1) of the Act, the egg production industry is prescribed as an agricultural industry.
(2)	For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the services referred to in that section are prescribed as services that a producers' committee may provide in relation to the egg production industry.
