Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce
(Prescribed Agricultural Industries and Services) Amendment
Regulations 2001.

Agricultural Produce (Prescribed
After regulation 2 of the following regulation is inserted —

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.
3. Beekeeping industry

(1) For the purpose of section 3(1) of the Act, the
beekeeping industry is prescribed as an agricultural
industry.
(2) For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the services
in subsection (1)(b), (c), (d), (h), (1), (la), and (m) of
that section are prescribed as services that a producers'
committee may provide in relation to the beekeeping
industry.
