Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Agricultural Produce (Chemical
Residues) Amendment Regulations 2007.

5.	Warrant to enter The form set out in Schedule 4 is prescribed for the
purposes of section 14(4) of the Act.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Agricultural
Produce (Chemical Residues) Regulations 1985*.
