AGRICULTURAL LEGISLATION (PENALTIES) AMENDMENT ACT
No. 20 of 1989
AN ACT to amend the penalty provisions in certain Acts.
[Assented to 1 December 1989]
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Legislation (Penalties)
Amendment Act 1989.
Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on such day as is fixed by
proclamation.
